I have a lab. It has SPARC, POWER, RISC-V, MIPS, Arm, x86, FPGAs, old NAS boxes, firewall appliances, and a few machines whose vendors have moved on.

The point is not that the hardware is exotic. The point is that it makes assumptions visible: byte order, boot firmware, toolchains, operating systems, power, noise, parts, and the cost of keeping old platforms useful.

Some pages are researched notes. Some are machines I use. Some are waiting for a bench session. They will change as the hardware gets used.
