All figures are for the Rev. 3 hardware specifically, and where the sources permit they are drawn from two vendor documents that agree: the 2017 SG/XG technical-specifications sheet (doc 17-07-07 TECHSPEC) and the 2022 XG Series hardware brochure (doc 22-04-12 BR-EN). The port layout is corroborated a third time by the connector diagram in the operating instructions PDF.

One caveat sits behind the top three rows. The CPU, memory, and storage capacity all trace to a single vendor document — the 2017 technical-specifications sheet, and only via a reseller’s mirror of it, since no copy on sophos.com survives. The 2022 brochure names an “integrated SSD” but omits the capacity, and gives no CPU or RAM figure at all. Many reseller listings quote the same Celeron G3900 / 8 GB / 120 GB numbers, but they all appear to copy that one sheet rather than measure anything, so I treat these three as high-confidence-but-single-source rather than independently confirmed. They are in the table because the figures are consistent and uncontradicted; they carry this asterisk because they rest on one page.

The FleXi Port bay accepts optional modules Sophos sold separately: 8-port copper, 8-port SFP, 2- or 4-port 10 GbE SFP+, 2-port 40 GbE QSFP+, 4- or 8-port PoE, and a 4-port copper LAN-bypass module — the 40 GbE and PoE options being reserved for this Rev. 3 generation. Whether the bay is populated here, and with what, is still to be documented.

The serial-console settings (38,400 bps, 8N1, default active on ttyS1) come from the operating instructions PDF alone; no second document restates them. The certification list differs slightly between the two sheets — the 2017 sheet marks Korea’s KC as “planned” where the 2022 brochure shows it completed — which reads as five years of paperwork catching up rather than a contradiction, so I have left certifications off the table.
